📄 Taxes and Customs Duties

All prices displayed in our store include any applicable sales tax and customs duties.

We ship to many countries worldwide from regional warehouses in order to avoid additional import charges for our customers.

For deliveries to countries where we are not required to collect or remit sales tax (e.g. the United States or Canada), tax is still included in the displayed price.

In rare cases where local customs authorities charge import tax or duties, we will fully reimburse these costs as a gesture of goodwill.
Please send us a copy of the customs receipt or invoice so we can refund the corresponding amount promptly.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location and are shown at checkout.

Shipping Method & Logistics
Deliveries are handled by trusted shipping partners or freight carriers, depending on the destination country and product type. Standard delivery is made to the curbside (ground-level front of building) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, warehouse location, and shipping destination. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, product size, and shipping method. The exact shipping costs are shown transparently in the cart or at checkout. Additional charges (e.g. customs duties or import taxes) may apply depending on the destination country.

Partial Deliveries
If your order includes products shipped from different locations, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. This will not result in any additional shipping charges for you.

Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Visible shipping damages must be reported within 2 working days via email, including clear photos.
Damage claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
